How does Fotona 4D Laser works?

Fotona 4D Laser allows for a multi-layer approach to correct facial aging by combining four distinct treatments in one procedure. These four treatment modes, Smoothliftin, FRAC3, PIANO, and SupErficial, are safe and gentle processes that provide similar benefits to more intensive procedures without injectables or surgery. A smooth and gentle tightening technique applied in the intraoral area (inside the oral cavity) using non-ablative Er:YAG wavelength to shrink collagen fibers and stimulate collagen production. The treated tissue shows an overall improvement in terms of elasticity, plumpness, and tightness.

FRAC3 Mode

This mode uses Nd:YAG laser at a specific pulse structure, generating tiny, localized. high-pressure spikes to treat deeper imperfections and complement the laser applied in the intra-oral area.

PIANO Mode

The third mode uses ultra-long Nd:YAG laser for safe and quick bulk tissue heating. This process allows concentrated energy delivery from outside into subcutaneous tissues, resulting in a synergistic tightening effect.
